Computed Tomography
Computed tomography, also known as CT scanning or CAT scanning, is a noninvasive, and painless medical test. It uses special x-ray equipment to produce multiple images of the inside of the body. A computer is then used to join the images together in cross-sectional views, and the images can be examined on a monitor or printed.

CT scans of internal organs, bone, soft tissue and blood vessels provide greater clarity than conventional x-ray exams.
